Refunds

If NAINO isn't right for you, you can have your first payment back within 14 days of making it, for any reason. Renewal payments aren't normally refunded, so cancel before your renewal date if you don't want the next period.

How to ask

Email [support email] with the email address on your NAINO account. You don't need to give a reason, though we'd like to hear what went wrong. If it's a bug, we might be able to fix it for you.

What happens next

We'll send the refund to your original payment method, normally within a few business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it. Once you've been refunded, your plan ends and NAINO locks. Your projects and exports stay on your computer.

Other cases

Other refunds are at our discretion, unless the law where you live gives you more rights. Those rights always apply.
