Terms
Last updated: November 4, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and NAINO ("we"). By buying, installing or using NAINO, you agree to them.
Your license
While your plan is active you have a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NAINO on up to 2 computers you own or control. You can use it for commercial work, including monetized videos and client work. NAINO is licensed to you, not sold. Business plans are covered by what we agree with you.
Your account
You need an account to use NAINO, and you're responsible for what happens under it. Please don't share it. Signing in on a third computer signs out the one that's been signed in longest. The app checks your plan with our service from time to time, and can run offline for up to 14 days between checks.
Plans, billing and canceling
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, and renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and then NAINO locks until you choose a plan again. Your projects stay on your computer.
- We may change prices for future billing periods, and we'll tell you before a change affects you.
- Updates are included while your plan is active.
Promo codes
A promo code gives you what was offered when you redeemed it, once per person. A free period doesn't need a card and doesn't renew by itself: when it ends, NAINO locks until you choose a paid plan. We can stop offering a code at any time, and anyone who has already redeemed it keeps their free period. Codes can't be sold, and we can cancel a free period obtained by abusing a code.
What you can't do
- Share your account, or resell or rent NAINO
- Get around the app's plan checks
- Reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms
- Use NAINO to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights
Your content
Everything you make with NAINO is yours. We claim no rights over your videos, projects or pictures. You're responsible for having the rights to the footage, music and images you use, and for following the rules of the platforms you publish on.
Open-source components
NAINO includes open-source software, each under its own license. See the open-source licenses page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licenses.
Third-party services
NAINO can connect to Twitch if you choose, and it downloads some model files from third parties. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for changes to them or for them being unavailable.
Refunds
See the refund policy.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, NAINO is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. Keep backups of your original recordings. NAINO never changes your original video files, but no software is free of bugs.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost footage, lost revenue or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for NAINO in the 12 months before it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here affects consumer rights that can't legally be waived.
When this license ends
This license ends when your plan ends, if you seriously break these terms, or if you receive a refund.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [your state or country], except where your local consumer laws say otherwise.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we'll tell you before the change applies to your next billing period. Questions: [support email]
